Terms and conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services provided by Eden & Hive Beauty Therapies. By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Services:

a. Eden & Hive offers a variety of beauty services, including waxing, manicures, pedicures, facials, massage, laser treatments and other related services.

b. The specific services offered and their corresponding prices are outlined in our salon menu or as discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. These prices may be subject to change.

c. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Appointments:

a. To ensure availability, we recommend scheduling appointments in advance. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

b. to secure your appointment, a deposit of 30% of your service fee is required.

c. Please arrive promptly for your appointment to ensure the full duration of the service. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

d. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, kindly provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so results in a 25% cancellation fee.

Payments:

a. Payment for services is due at the time of service completion. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, apple pay and gift vouchers.

b. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, if you have already booked an appointment, the price agreed upon at the time of booking will be honoured.

Client Responsibilities and Behaviour:

a. It is your responsibility to communicate your preferences, expectations, and any relevant health or allergy information to our staff before receiving any services.

b. You are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your ability to receive certain services or products.

c. We cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions or consequences resulting from failure to disclose relevant information.

d. Clients are expected to treat all staff members, fellow clients, and visitors with respect, kindness, and consideration, regardless of their race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or any other personal characteristic.

e. Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or any form of disrespectful behaviour towards others will not be tolerated. Any client engaging in such behaviour may be asked to leave immediately, and future appointments may be denied.

Satisfaction and Complaints:

a. We strive to provide exceptional services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please inform us immediately, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

b. Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of the service in question to be considered for resolution.

c. Clients are encouraged to communicate their preferences, concerns, and feedback in a respectful and constructive manner. We value open dialogue and strive to address any issues promptly and professionally.

Liability:

a. Eden & Hive and its staff will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, allergic reactions, or losses resulting from the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

b. You agree to indemnify and hold Eden & Hive and its staff harmless from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Personal Belongings:

a. Please take care of your personal belongings during your visit to Eden & Hive. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

a. At Eden & Hive, we value your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Amendments:

a. Eden & Hive reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or salon premises.

Gift Vouchers:

a. This gift voucher can only be redeemed at Eden & Hive for services or products available at our salon.

b. The voucher must be presented at the time of payment and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for another form of payment.

c. The voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

d. If the total cost of the service or product exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by the voucher recipient.

e. Eden & Hive Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift vouchers. Please treat your voucher as cash.

f. The gift voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the person named on the voucher or by the intended recipient if no name is specified.

g. Extension of the voucher's expiration date is not permitted unless explicitly specified by Eden & Hive at the time of purchase or under exceptional circumstances.

Alterations and Amendments:

a. Eden & Hive reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be effective from the date of posting on our website or in the salon.
