Arriving for your treatments

We recommend that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of your appointment.

Appointments

To avoid disappointment it is advisable to advance book at Eden & Hive for all services. Arriving early for your appointment helps us prepare you for your treatment and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions.

As a courtesy to all our clients, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Treatments that start late due to a late arrival time will finish at the appointed time so that other clients are not inconvenienced.

Cancellations

In the event of you being unable to make an appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice, otherwise a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.

Medical advice

Certain treatments may be subject to a medical questionnaire. Consultations are carried out to ensure you are advised accordingly. Please note all records are strictly confidential.

Skin tests

Certain treatments require a skin test to determine the suitability of the treatment. Please allow for this when booking your appointment as you may be asked to call in a few days prior to your appointment.

Refreshments

We provide refreshments to our clients, please advise of any allergies when arriving.

Age restrictions

Certain treatments are not necessarily suitable for children. We reserve the right to request parental consent or presence during some treatments.

Gift cards

Available for purchase at the Eden & Hive Reception, or you can now buy gift cards online. Gift cards are perfect for all occasions. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase.

Client responsibilites

Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or any form of disrespectful behaviour towards others will not be tolerated. Any client engaging in such behaviour may be asked to leave immediately, and future appointments may be denied.
